Cathy Awad, owner and operator of Awad Medical Aesthetics & Wellness is a licensed Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Nursing Degree and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Diploma at the University of Windsor, Ontario. She is a certified Medical Aesthetic Professional, qualifed in botulinum toxin products, dermal fillers, (PRP) platelet rich plasma therapy, and IV functional therapy. As well, she is certified to perform laser procedures, including but not limited to: laser hair removal, body contouring, skin tightening, IPL (intense pulsed light) therapies - all services provided at the clinic. Her professional background includes working in the areas of Family Medicine, Medical Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Women and Children’s Health, Obstetrics and Primary Health Care.
